It was a campus interview, applicants are selected for 30min one on one sessions with each group interested in hiring the applicant. I went through my resume with the hiring manager, talked about projects I have worked on, and then there was a list of behavioral questions.

Phone interview screening for full-time job, however recruiter was somewhat unprepared and did not have my resume on hand, so there wasn't many questions relevant to my resume that they could ask me which I feel slightly hurt my chances overall

Casual interview at a conference followed by an on lab interview. Enjoyed a lab tour followed by panel interviews. It was a great experience. Employees were welcoming and happy to get to know you.
