The recruiter comes into the room with a list of questions and ask a series of them. If you pass the interview then the recruiter will contact the branch or department manager. If the manager approves then they will proceed with the application. They will run a background check, drug test, and your credit report. If everything passes then you will get a call telling you that you are hired.
