Quick and simple, first interview for assessment, second after a week with line managers, followed by job offer a week after. The questions were regarding previous experiences and expectations. Everyone was friendly during the interview.

Pretty basic- just a chat with the national education manager. Told the next stage would be a trade test Travelled to London for the interview and was told by the interviewer he would be in touch but I didn't hear anything. Fair enough if I'm unsuccessful that's fine but at least give me two minutes to let me know and a brief reason as to why
