The interview was a one hour virtual interview with 3 interviewers. First part of the interview was spent being asked questions and then it was opened up for me to ask questions. They only have a single interview for their process. I was told I would be notified either way within a week or two, but was never contacted after the interview. I also did not receive a response to email inquiries following the interview.

Discussion based, scenarios with three people. Asking how I would handle situations and previous examples of how I have tackled family centered interactions. Always available over phone or via email to discuss questions that I may have and welcoming to new members of the team
