Walked in and hired on spot. Previous experience absolutely necessary. Asked if had any experience, asked about technical knowledge. Came in for a day the following week to see if I liked it/fit in/knew what I was doing. After a day there, I was asked to come back the following day.

The interview process was pretty easy. I didn't have any experience in the field but they seemed to just want someone that could learn quickly as they offered training

Told me he would hire me and to not get another job while he shuffled some positions. 2 weeks later I went in and he said he decided to he didnt need me. Thanks for the call!
