I was approached on LinkedIn by the recruiter, then proceeded to do 3 interviews, which were: HR screening, meeting the lead and a whiteboard challenge. They didn't select me after the whiteboard challenge since they thought "I wasn't senior enough for the role", basically. The recruiter was always very kind and made me very comfortable. However, it was a very long and stressful process that lasted 4 weeks.
