J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez N26 (Berlin) en oct. 2022
Entretien
The first round of interviews was conducted by the Head of UX. They ask to present previous experience, then part with general questions. The conversation was easy and we finished 20 min earlier. But then they rejected me with made-up fake reasoning. 🤷

Applied online via the website. Had a great interview with the product recruiter. Then proceeded to be interviewed by head of design. I had limited experience in fintech and their product (due to their customer service member cancelling my account). I was upfront about this- they said it was fine. I researched ALOT about the company, the people and the product to make sure I was confident. During the interview I did my best to demonstrate my experience and show my passion, dedication to my career, the value I could bring to the team and the company as a whole.
I felt the interview went well. He didn't. To have the interviewee and the interviewer finish in two completely different states of mind says alot about his ability to govern the interview. Maybe my personality was too strong.
I was rejected and told that I had "no desire to work for N26" and that I spoke too highly of myself. Ouch.
They basically expect you to go in there and froth over how amazing they are. Apparently this is more important than someone who is super passionate, excited and confident at what they do.
