first of all they asked to me my availability for an interview without fix a date.after 10 days they sent me an email at 17 00 where they communicate me the interview was the day after at 8 am (!!!). for me was impossible participate
Applied for the Customer Service Specialist position. Received back a decline in my application even though the job profile matched my experience which was excellent. It's not extremely difficult to provide a unparalleled experience, especially when it's come from luxury retail. It's even more difficult to comprehend our their recruiters have only worked at bars or pubs and and now work as recruiters?

apply on N26 website, first reply by email for plan an phone interview. F2F one week after, interview of 1h30 approx with a deep presentation of the office and of the current task.

Informal, speed dating style. I was interviewed at a recruiting style event, where there was pizza and beer. The company was going through rapid growth at the time - I feel more detailed questions would have established a better level of clarity about the role and subsequent opportunities.
