Typical process with hr, technical and hiring manager stages. Recruiters were nice, There were a lot of questions in the technical part but they were relevant to the position. Process took about 3 weeks

The interview followed a rigid checklist format, with predetermined questions covering C#, LINQ, Entity Framework, and Scrum methodologies. Rather than exploring my practical experience or engaging in technical discussions, the interviewer focused primarily on checking off topics from their list. This approach felt more like a quiz than a meaningful conversation between developers.
The interviewer appeared disengaged throughout the process, and the post-interview feedback was generic and unhelpful—offering no specific guidance on areas for improvement or professional development. While I appreciated that the interview started punctually and concluded efficiently, the overall experience lacked the depth and engagement I'd expect from a technical interview.
For future candidates, be prepared for a structured Q&A format rather than an interactive technical discussion.

There were very polite interview with two software developers Front-end (React)and Back-end (Java). After an interview I recieved the list of the questions that I failed. Overal opinion about interview process in N-IX is positive.
