Entretien
As a whole I would say it was an extremely slow process and a very poor HR/recruitment team. The interview itself was fine but it wasn't really a conversation feel, they may as well have just emailed the questions over and had applicants write out the answers.
Post interview I hadn't heard back in a month so I had of course followed up on email. I got a response back from HR which was extremely vague she had merely said I was amongst one of the preferred candidates and the hiring manager was on holiday. I had then asked whether there would be another interview as part of the process and I had never gotten a response back. Two months later I got a very generic corporate email saying I was unsuccessful which is fine when you've merely applied but when you have taken annual leave to attend an interview it is your time too and you should at least get a personal email back with a little feedback.
I was hugely disappointed in the fact that they did not respond to my email and sent a very generic system generated one. Personally any company that is unable to appreciate the interviewees' time as well as theirs speaks volumes of their culture.
