J'ai postulé via une autre source. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Mylan Inc
Entretien
Excellent and Professional process. Very prompt and detailed throughout the process. Was slightly different in that all the interviews were very free flowing and not scripted questions. All parties conducted themselves extremely well. Feedback and follow ups happened exactly on the timeframe they agreed and were extremely friendly and accommodating throughout the process.

Question 1
Nothing really unexpected, was a standard senior interview process.
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Mylan Inc (Canonsburg, PA) en janv. 2018
Entretien
1) Phone Screen with HR (30 min)
2) On Site Interview with 3 colleagues of similar levels and HR (3.5 hours)
3) Video Interview with VP (1 hour)
4) On Site Interview with Hiring VP and another VP (1.5 hours)
The overall interview process was relatively lengthy and inconvenient. Canonsburg is about a 45 minute drive for me, so stretching the interviews across multiple days was a bit painful. I felt that the interviews were for the most part professional. That said, the Hiring Manager gave me 25 minutes and was distracted the entire time (answering chat, calls, texting). He didn't listen at all and it was clear he had made up his mind before I ever arrived. I then waited 2 weeks for a followup from HR, and received nothing. I contacted HR for a followup and was told that they were still interviewing candidates and would get back to me shortly....it's been 3.5 months, so I'm going to assume at this point that I didn't get the job.
Advice to Mylan/HR:
1) Have the hiring manager phone screen before making candidates jump through all these hoops.
2) Have the common courtesy to actually provide a response to candidates who spent hours going through your interview process.
3) Make sure you interviewing manager provides basic respect to candidates by putting down the phone and shutting the laptop and by paying attention.
Advice to Candidates:
Mylan has outsourced all of IT Operations to India. Your job in the US will be to manage those teams. You will also be responsible for implementation of projects and hand off of operations. Also, don't be surprised if you never hear from them again after spending hours interviewing. Finally, they really sell the health plan, but you are not allowed to have your spouse on the plan if they have an alternative insurance plan through their employer.

Question 1
I have a hard time seeing how you can adapt from a small 1,000 person company to a global company with 35,000 employees.
