It was a bit longer than usual based on some restructuring, which is to be anticipated, but MH did a good job keeping the momentum between calls. It gave applicants the chance to meet numerous leaders and ask plenty of questions in the meantime. Interview process was very conversational, and allowed true personality & strengths to shine through versus a very regimented Q&A or presentation style interview.

Very casual. I had a connection at the company so it was just a couple simple calls. Unfortunately, due to economic factors there was a hiring freeze, like many companies in tech have had over the last couple years. But I received a verbal offer quickly and would have accepted had the position not been taken away.
