The first interview was just to get to know me better, the second one was a scenario based test and the 3rd was a culture fit. The interviews were 1 month apart each. After the final interview I was told I would hear back within the week. After 2 weeks I followed up and was told that they hadn't made a decision yet. After another two weeks I followed up again with no reply and after around a month I saw that the job had been reposted. I emailed one final time to let them know that I was still interested and if they could provide some feedback, but I never heard back from them again. I feel like it was incredibly unprofessional to be ghosted after the final stage.

I had two rounds of interviews with them, and the process initially felt smooth. However, after the second round, I was ghosted, without any feedback or explanation, even though I was told they would respond within a certain timeframe. My time and effort were not respected. I would expect some personalised messages after moving into the second round interview.
