Interview Consists of 2 rounds- 1) Resume Screening 2) Personal Interview There is nothing strange with the process it is a smooth and simple resume screening and PI. After submitting your resume you will hear from them before a week approximately if you get selected. And then you will be called in for a scheduled interview.
