There is no interview for almost any post. No interview. Just sudden hiring to get you in the trap and then ruin your life over it. I am from Hyderabad and it was just walk-in for me. They pretended and acted as if they are normal people and did not show their petty side. Slowly the employees started showing the distress and distrust. One of the worst employers in the whole city of Hyderabad. I've lived here for 40 years and haven't met such bad founders. One of them isn't even Hyderabadi, he's just crass.
