The first interview with the product lead was more of causal chat about my experience and what the company is looking for. It seemed like they didn't know much about the product marketing function and they'd be looking for someone to advise. I receive an assessment for 2nd round and the scope of work was well over 3-4 hours they suggest you spend on it. Seemed like a large body of work to do for an assesment without compensation.
