After you are given the chance for an interview, you'll meet with an HR rep who will evaluate you to see if you're going to be a fit for the company. The interview is not intimidating and is closer to just getting to know the potential employee. After talking with the rep for a bit about why they'd fit in, they move on to questions about what you would do in specific situations.
