You are shocked because someone from HR interviewed you, flabbergasted that you were asked to complete a writing exercise, and outraged that you had to attend a second interview where work conditions and expectations were clearly explained. What a nightmare company this must be.
You describe us as horrid, aggressive, arrogant, and humiliating, culminating in what you call a terrible experience. Frankly, we are satisfied to have achieved exactly our objective: filtering out those who, like you, have no realistic chance of operating successfully in a demanding, high-performing environment such as ours.
