This was a replacement position for a former retiree. Applied on line and was immediately called to visit campus. No phone interview for initial contact. Met with interim VP of finance and several staff. All seemed a sense of urgency to fill position as this was a "big" job. Job was never filled. They closed the search. Money is the answer to most questions. Guess it wasn't such a big job afterall
