After applying online, I had a video interview with the account director. The next step would have been an interview with both the account director and one of the owners. I received an email two weeks later letting me know they decided to go with another candidate. Overall, I felt respected as an applicant, the application/interview process was simple, and seemed appropriate for a job paying $45-60k.
