After sharing my portfolio and resume via Linkedin, the TA team was quite responsive about scheduling the interview rounds and CTC expectations were discussed at the start. I had an explo call with the design manager and was given a 3 day take home task, which was straightforward. The task wasn't based on any work the company is doing, which was a good sign to me as I had had a different experience at some other companies I'd interviewed at. I had an online task discussion round with one of the co-founders, post which I had the culture fit round in office with the head of marketing, same co-founder and design manager. Overall the difficulty of the task and all the rounds was not very high, and the interview process was straightforward without any negative flags.
