Painful panel interviews with set interview questions. Interviewers rank responses subjectively as “qualified” or “not qualified”. Interviewee is provided one question in advance. As both an interviewer and interviewee I found the Interviewing process at Murdoch to be a poor way to select candidates. The process selects who interviews well, and often times the questions have little to do with the role.
