J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 5 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Mulvaney Mechanical (Danbury, CT) en mars 2019
Entretien
The interview was very direct with lots of questions about experience. The owner told me that the state was going bankrupt and people were moving to Danbury because it was a growing city. He also told me that his father was buying up all the good foreclosure properties. He told me that the pipe fitters and mechanics that worked for him were paid about 95 per hour and all their training was paid for plus they received full benefits. When I told him how much my education cost, he told me that I should find someone else to pay for it and laughed. That was after I shared with him my military experience and what I went though there. These were some very experienced engineers that got down in the "weeds" and did detailed engineering estimates better than any other company out there. They did not miss anything on their estimates because each elbow cost them fifteen hundred dollars. They looked up every piece and got a quote for each one. They said they were very accurate and knew who would pay them most out of their customers. They said they had a special mark up procedure to max out their profits for each piece through itemization.
