Entretien
I had an initial call followed by a 20 min call where I presented a mock teaching session. The call also included 20 minutes of questions.
I had feedback every single call.

how do you ensure the user understands the topics you are explaining?
I was contacted by a recruiter that worked for the company. I went through an initial interview with her, another interview with her colleague, and then another interview with an associate director. I would have had 1 or 2 more interviews if I was going to be offered the position.
I would be open to interviewing with them again now that I have a bit more experience.

Interview was structured mainly around a role-play scenario for coaching an apprentice that was struggling to meet her assigned employer’s goals.

Entretien
The interview process is lengthy, but interviewers provided a fair amount of feedback throughout the process. HR apprentices are able to gain valuable experience participating in the interview process. Role playing is pretty rigorous but provides a window into the work expectations.
