Multi round process with a group interview at the end, have high turnover here and the pay was not great in today’s market. Wouldn’t recommend wasting your time. Made it to the final round and took a position with another company
Two interviews, one with HR first, then sales leadership after- basic interview questions. Personality has more weight than experience for younger folks. Was hired within minutes of leaving the interview.

Group interview. Seemed like they were looking for young good looking people and didn't care for you if you were unattractive. Very intimidating atmosphere. Similar to rush. Crass comments were made. Food and alcohol served?
