I submitted application via Online Employment Website and received a call for an interview. My interview lasted about 1 hour and went over everything on my resume and things about myself, not inculded in my resume, that made me the best candidate for the job

I applied and was contacted with 48 for an interview that was scheduled for a few days later and and was notified of the outcome 3 days later. Very efficient.
The interviewers asked thoughtful questions and provided good insight to the culture of their clinic. I was instantly at ease and wished all interviews couple be a positive as this one.

Most interviews with MultiCare are structured around the company's values of respect, integrity, stewardship, excellence, collaboration, kindness, and joy. Each question usually has some kind of tie in, so my advice would look at each value and see where you align with it, and think of an example of when you exhibited it or why it is important in healthcare.
