Very slow and disorganized process. It took from initial contact with recruiter to two calls with hiring manager to hear a “no” from the recruiter almost 3 months. The recruiter put a lot of pressure that I need to send a portfolio quickly, but then didn’t hear anything for close to a month. The time with hiring manager was scheduled for an hour, but it didn’t seem like that person cared about my time since they went over an hour and seemed ticked off that I said I had a hard stop 30 minutes after our initial call was supposed to end. The whole process felt dragged out and disorganized. They can only do this in a terrible market that we are experiencing now.
