Entretien
The recruitment process consisted of three stages:
- coding exercise (Python + SQL)
- technical interview with two engineers
- cultural interview with co-founder
Both interviews were approximately 1 hour long. Interviewers were very friendly and made an effort to put me at ease, and their enthusiasm for the company came across well. One very minor criticism is that the gap between each stage was quite long.

Entretien
The interview process is Straight forward of having a screening round with HR , a technical round and a behavioral round with one of the Chief officers of the company. Was able to have a really good open minded conversations thought out the interview process and they gives the confidence in the good culture of the company.

Entretien
Informal and collaborative. It was quite an enjoyable process and i can remember being excited before the interview. First interview was a technical interview whereby i was quizzed in verbal form how i would go about designing a solution of the nature that the interviewer described. The second round interview was more about how i would fit in the culture of the company and more about my character
