Entretien
After submitting an application they got back to me very quickly about an over the phone interview. They give you a list of times, pick the one that you will be the most bright-eyed and bushy-tailed. They are looking for passionate and upbeat people. The interviewer is very kind which makes the process less scary. If you nail the interview, they will host an in-person interview and a time for you to come see the store in work hours to get a feel for what it would be like to work there.

Very easy, just apply online and then they do a phone screening then an in person interview with multiple people then an observation shift and a background check and you are good to go. make sure to include a cover letter with your resume.

Entretien
The overall interview process was really relaxed and casual. Although the questions that they ask really pinpoint the kind of employee that they are looking for. Be aware that customer service is everything. They’re looking to hear that the customer is above all else, that you’re willing and passionate about learning extensively, and that you care deeply for animals.
They ask you kinds of questions about how you would react in certain situations, sort of as a test to your ability to give the kind of customer service that is unique to the company. Something they call MBX.
If they like you they will ask you to come in for an observation shift... where you observe how the store is run and what the job is actually like. This is your opportunity to ask AS MANY questions as possible about the position and overall job- do not try to hard to get to know the employees, this is not what they are looking for.
What would you do if you were in a situation where a customer was really unhappy with the service that they were given, how would you turn that experience around for them?
