Communication was clear and timely with all sufficient information of the position. Interview questions were quite relevant in my opinion. They have some tests to check your skills & experience, followed with online interview with the Hiring Manager and Head of Dept. Assessment process was consistent and fair.

The meeting process was in 3 steps. HR, Head of Department, and CEO. The 3 interviews were enough to see if the candidate was matched, If the candidate had the correct work experience and if the culture fit was correct within the company.
