HR/Recruiter screening Hiring manager interview (Other Manager interview) (Onsite 1:1s) I didn’t go into the last 2 stages described above, after a series of „oops errors“ I got a system automatically thank-you email without any „human“ touch as the end Only for the first 2 stages, firstly I lost contact from recruiter for about 2 weeks after receiving her human-written email invitation to initial talk; then after talking to the hiring manager, s/he sent me a mistaken email with another candidate's name and worked company, inviting that candidate to next step interview. I don't know the details but only from the hiring process you can tell if an organisation or team is structured or not already. From my past experience it can pretty much represent how chaotic your work environment will be after join :)
