Initial communication was from email. The online calendar booking was convenient, but then the h.r. person booked the interview in a time slot that I hadn't chosen. I had to re arrange my other meetings to accomodate. The phone interview was very one sided. I didn't have an opportunity to ask many questions at all. I thought it went well from an assessment perspective though. I was told I would hear back whether there were next steps or not, by end of the week. That was over a week ago. Now I to the second week, I haven't heard anything from the H.R. person.
