It was really laid back. The most difficult part is when they ask you if you have XPath or Regular Expressions experience. I have since been a part of many interviews, and no one actually has experience until they learn it on the job here. It was one phone interview, one in person interview, and then you sit down with the CEO and talk for a minute.
