First interview was an hour long phone conversation, with multiple questions about past experience, personality and motivations. It was a positive and pleasant experience. There was plenty of time for the interviewee to ask questions. The second interview was nearly a month later at their office. There were two interviewers who mainly talked about their roles at the company and the company itself. Later they asked me questions about my past experience, personality and motivations. It was a pleasant and smooth conversation.
