It was very relaxed. I met with head of the local office and one of the founders of the company. They were congenial, friendly, seemed genuinely interested in me and what I could bring to the company. I was nervous, of course, but in retrospect I shouldn't have been. The company culture is very lash-back, so if can go in with confidence and a calm, capable demeanor than you will do well.
