I applied online and someone called me the same day and scheduled an interview for the next day. filled out an application, right after turning the application in I was taken to a pc where I took three assessments (Counting test - Find the difference test - personality test), after that I was interviewed by someone in HR (She was extremely nice and I felt extremely comfortable during the entire process), then I was interviewed by a Supervisor and he also gave me a tour of the facility. One two weeks later I received an email from the HR rep letting me know that there were not positions available at the moment but they would let me know when something opened up. About one month after that I was called and offered a position, next I filled out some paperwork online and went for a drug screen, then the background check began (My background check took a week but that was only because of one employer - TIP - If an employer can't be contacted give them W2's proving where you worked during the years in question) After the background cleared I was contacted by HR and given paperwork to fill out and then I arrived for my first day.
