Entretien
The Interview Process was long. I did three interviews. One with the Panel. One with my probable placement employer - in this stage you'll have the chance to be interviewed more than once depending on the outcome, you have the option to decline if they accept you and you don't want to be part of the company and you'll be given a chance to be interviewed by another host company. One with the Embassy (obviously).

Entretien
The first step of the interview process was with the Mountbatten team. It was fairly straightforward they want to see how well you will adapt into a new city and into the program. Would recommend to show that you are adaptable and open-minded.

Entretien
Good interview process the usual questions. They ask about how you live with other people etc as you will be placed in a shared accommodation. People are nice, we went to a hotel in London for a face to face interview a few years back. I did end up doing the programme but didn’t have the best experience. The place we were housed was incredibly dirty and the other people I was in a house with was rude.
