Very relaxed. Environment was low pressure. The interviewer explained to me what sort of skills were required to be a ski instructor. It seemed like there were 2 important things. The first is how well you are dealing with people especially children. They are looking for people who can make other people enjoy their time while teaching. The second thing is they want to make sure that you have snowboarding skills.

Mountain High held a Job fair at the resort. Met with the head of Winter Sports School for about 20 min. Basic questions on ability and customer service. Overall, the interview was simple may be due to the amount of people that were interviewing that day, but the resorts often need a lot of help during the season so high chance that you will be hired.
