J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 12 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Mount Sinai Health System (New York, NY)

Went through a fairly average interview process, then was told I had been selected for the position but they couldn't send out an offer due to pandemic hiring freeze. This was understandable but the the communication from there on was terrible. I received messages that alternated between implying I should keep waiting and telling me that the position could go away all together. After a few months I was told I'd need to interview with 3 more people. Two weeks passed after the final interview and I followed up 1-2 times. I then got an offer from another employer, which I told the Sinai hiring manager and all the sudden I received an offer less than a day later... including a salary much above what they had indicated in earlier interviews (only because they new there was competition)... left a bad taste in my mouth.

Hiring process depends on your team, but 1:1 screening call with the hiring manager and on-site back-to-back panel interview with the rest of the team. The panels included a peer culture fit interview and interview with physicians you'd be working with.

the interview process was great. takes a while to onboard. Overall the process was very straight forward. The onboarding team was very open to questions. There are a lot of things to turn in.
