three sets of interviews conducted for the position, a panel interview with the head doctors you will be assisting. a single interview with the manager a phone interview with the initial manager to set up interviews. each lasting about 15 minutes .

The hiring process was far quicker than what the hiring manager had advised. I applied for a position back in 2023 and I did not hear from them until the following year. When I heard back they made me go through hoops, lined up all my references within in less than 24 hours. I received the call the following day saying my references came back negative and was advised “the hiring managers weren’t impressed”. The odd thing about this whole situation is I consulted all my references and they were shocked about the feedback the hiring manages provided as no one have given me remotely a bad reference. The whole thing was quite suspicious and to be completely honest it left a bitter taste in my mouth.
