Run away from this place, very judgemental process, very do as we say bottom line environment. They can not keep RNs or NPs because they are adverse to individual's with an opinion. Very focused on a "do it person" not a NP who takes ownership, thrives with autonomy. Wasted my money and time coming here for this interview only to experience what I experienced. If an individual flies hundreds of miles for an interview, wether they want the position should not be questioned. It was all BS. Also, no diversity when it comes to Advanced Providers/MDs. They want to keep a certain "look" with their staff. Run away and don't ever spend money to interview at a place like this, request phone and skype and when they deny, then pass. Save yourself the loss.

Several lengthy steps in the interview process. Opinion: questionable business practices within the network. Why shut down an emergency room? I suggest looking at other health systems positions in the area.

Quick and to the point. The team coordinated multiple interviews in a day, and escorted me from one to another. Most interviewers did a lot of talking, and didn’t ask many questions.
