The interview process was OK, although, it had some drawbacks. I was contacted by an external agency saying they recruit for Motorway. The initial proposed rate was a bit too low, but it was increased after presenting the profile to the company. Scheduling calls and communication was a real ping-pong. Me <-> Agency <-> Motorway, so it took ages to book any meeting. Also, I was meeting not with people visible on the invitations, but with some others. The technical interview was OK, and feedback was provided very fast. The final talk with the management was done in a very friendly and open talk way, so we had a chance to cover a lot of topics regards software development work in general. As I was in the other process at the time, Motorway decided to increase my salary one more time, to beat competitors. Unfortunately, at that time I was also said, that I won't be working directly for Motorway, but for the Agency, so none of the company benefits mentioned at the beginning (like stock options, lease plan, etc. will be provided to me), and what also made me feel a bit cheated, as nobody took any effort to clarify it at the beginning or during the whole process of recruitment. Overall, I still recommend talking with Motorway. In my case, if I didn't already have 2nd offer on the table (with a bit better and cleaner communication), I would definitely accept the proposal from Motorway.
