Far too many rounds and a hefty unfocused task to complete. Really poor quality interview questions, difficult to understand and when asked for clarity, it was equally muddled. Lack of preparation or focus around what they were trying to ask, and what they wanted to find out. One of the more junior interviewers was very uncomfortable and out of their depth. Unsure why it had to be in-person. Wasted a lot of time.

Entretien
Chat with recruiter, then chat with hiring manager, then present a task in person. Task was analysis on a realistic scenario, which is not appropriate for an interview context; they essentially received free expert consultancy and labour. Also, the questions asked where way beyond the scope of the task, asking to analyse the business as a whole, which again was asking for free consultancy. Went way above and beyond the requirements for such a task for what was essentially an entry-level job.
