Interview was fairly laid back and easy. The hiring Manager was present and his overall attitude thru the interview was awkward; not hostile but weird. There was another person, a Senior Specialist. Interview felt like I was joining an exclusive old boys club. Such a waste, Motorola has an amazing history to become someone's exclusive club. I end up hearing after 6 weeks they were moving ahead with other candidates. At that point I was fine with it; but is normal courtesy to provide the candidates you interview in person with timely feedbacks. I got that because I pinged the recruiter a couple of times. Very disappointed.

Overall interview went well however communication from HR department was extremely poor in that after the second interview I was told that I would get a response back from the HR who contacted me and never heard anything as if I was ghosted. I only heard back after reaching out to the hiring manager that I wasn’t selected for the position. When talking with the hiring manager, this person stated that the HR contact was planning on responding to me and this HR contact still hasn’t responded. Not good communication
