I was referred by an employer and got the offer within a week. If you know someone working for Motorola contact them. The interviewers were so friendly and will help you if you get stuck in the middle of answering a tough question. The main programming language the group which I was interviewed for uses is "C". Unlike other typical interviews they did not ask any OOP questions but mainly on embedded programming questions only. However this might change with different groups.

First round was a video call with: behavioral questions, technical questions, and two simple coding questions. Next round was another video call with two people on the team. They asked more in depth technical questions (mostly OOP).
