Was a great process that included multiple interviews and took over a month for the entire process to complete. What I liked was they talked with me in person before making the offer to see where I stood, and it wasn't the recrutier it was actually the hiring manager.

Understanding frameworks from front to back that you will be implementing. They really tested my knowledge to make sure I understood how to go into different types of organizations of different sizes and what tools to use in each one.
