The recruiter I spoke with was incredibly nice and friendly, but I had a difficult experience during the interview with the hiring manager. The interview took place in an open office space rather than a private meeting room, which led to a lot of background noise that disrupted the conversation. Additionally, the hiring manager seemed easily distracted and even laughed at jokes made by others around them. It felt disrespectful, and I found myself having to pause mid-answer just to regain their attention.

Entretien
Recruiter call, 1:1 manager meeting, recruiter prep for cold call exercise, then mock cold call with panel interview. Straightforward process designed to assess communication, preparation, and sales readiness. The recruiter was very nice and even called me to share that I didn't get the offer and even provided me feedback.
