The recruitment team is very professional, friendly and engaging. I was provided with all the information I was looking for regarding the role, culture, leadership, and business direction. I was able to interview with the hiring manager and one of the team managers that would work directly with the role. Everyone was engaging, everyone was open and the conversations were interesting and I learned a lot about Motive and were I could potentially fit. I wasn’t the right fit for the role, but I would welcome the opportunity to discuss another role in the future with this amazing team.
