First talk the recruiter. and had a technical phone interview with the HR manager. First asked my background in CS ,mostly the question from my resume . Talked about the projects I had done in the resume and the last 10 mins it is for algorithm data question ,without writing it down.

Complete waste of time. Had me go through 7 rounds of interviews under the pretense that it would be a fully remote role. Received a verbal offer and they mentioned their "policy had changed" and would now require me to work in-person. Then rescinded the offer for no given reason. Overall, very unprofessional in my opinion, seems like the company culture is probably similar.
My expereince was fine. The interviewer was looking out for me to see the quick solution instead of looking at the approach to the solution. They had their own solution in mind and they were more focused on that.
