I can sum this up easily, terrible interview process. I had a screening and moved along to a phone interview that I thought went well with a guy named Matt. He told me that he wanted to schedule an in person interview and would have admin within the office reach out to me within the next few days. After a week of no one reaching out, I emailed this guy multiple times with no response. During our phone interview I advised that I had other offers of employment and if I was extended an offer from KeepTruckin it would unfortunately be time sensitive. I call again the following week, I leave a voicemail and then I email. No response. The following week I get an email from admin saying I didn't get the job. When I dug deeper to find out what happened, it turned out that by the time I was interviewed they already knew who they wanted to bring on. Essentially, the entire process was a waste of time for me... and no one really seemed to care. Thanks guys!

Interview process was very straight forward. The management seemed to really believe in their trajectory and were very honest with what reps would need to do to be successful. Overall enjoyable process.

I applied online and got an interview with the recruiter quickly. I thought that call went well and I was speaking with the Hiring Manager within a week.
He was cordial and laid out the agenda of the call well but I knew pretty from his tonality and facial expressions that I wasn't getting this job within the first 10 minutes.
He went down a list of questions rather than a real interaction but to his credit, I just approached the call like a conversation at that point - perhaps spoke more than I should have.
Regardless, it was one of the better experiences in that at least I knew right away I was out of the running rather than waiting months with past companies I've been interviewing with.

The interview process consisted of 3 steps - an initial interview with the recruiter, a second phone interview with a sales manager and a third round in which you present a product demonstration.
